Job Requirements

Education & Licensure:

• Master’s in clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field

• Active LMHC license in the state of New Mexico

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy

• Utilize various evidence-based treatment modalities to address behavioral, relational, and emotional concerns

• Offer trauma-informed care for clients across different life stages

• Work with populations struggling with mental health, addiction recovery, and behavioral health challenges

Position: Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: Deming, NM

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements

Education & Licensure:

• PhD in Psychology, Human Behavior, OR Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Clinical Social Work

• Must hold one of the following active licenses in the state of NM: LPCC, LCSW, LMFT

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with diverse populations utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• NILS Accreditation Required= Capable of providing both clinical and administrative supervision.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations

• Provide individual, family, and couples therapy

• Utilize evidence-based approaches for treating behavioral, relational, and emotional conflicts

• Deliver trauma-informed care across diverse client populations Work in various settings, including children’s services, addiction recovery, and behavioral health.

• Provide clinical supervision for LMHCs, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards while supporting their professional development.
