Any use of the above terminology in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or gender is interchangeable and refers to the same.

Confidentiality

Client records are regarded as confidential and will not be shared with any third party unless legally required to do so by the appropriate authorities. Clients may request access to, and copies of, their records by providing reasonable notice. Clients are advised to retain copies of any relevant materials issued as part of the service. Where appropriate, we will provide Clients with relevant information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party or use your email for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by Southwest Therapeutics will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southwest Therapeutics:

• Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents, including inaccuracies or omissions; and

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time, including ongoing services. No refunds will be provided for services that have commenced or are in progress. Refunds will be issued for unused services that have been paid for, in accordance with our refund policy.

Log Files

We collect IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the website, track user movement, and gather demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. For system administration and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers log standard access information such as browser type, access times, URLs requested, and referral URLs. This information is not shared with third parties and is used only within the company on a need-to-know basis.
