Is our new Therapist for Southwest Therapeutics. Beverly provides therapy for children from age 3 through adults, employing elements of Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to treat a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, anger management, bereavement and other life challenges.
She has been providing trauma-informed mental and behavioral health therapy since 2010 in Ohio, Texas and New Mexico. Beverly has a strong faith and commitment to family and can often be found rock hunting in the hills around her home in Deming. Belen Villagracia, fondly known as Bhel, is a pre-licensed clinical mental health counselor with a strong foundation in psychological care and holistic treatment. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from San Sebastian College in Manila, Philippines, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lancaster Bible College and Capital Seminary & Graduate School. Bhel is currently pursuing her PhD in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior at Capella University.
Bhel brings a wealth of experience from her roles at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital and Calvary Church, equipping her to support individuals dealing with a wide range of concerns, including relational conflict, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, addiction, grief and loss, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizoaffective disorder, schizophrenia, and personality disorders.
Her extensive background includes working across all age groups, from young children to older adults, in settings such as children’s services, drug and addiction recovery, and behavioral health services.
Bhel's counseling philosophy centers on a compassionate, comprehensive approach that addresses well-being's spiritual, relational, emotional, cognitive, and physical dimensions. She believes in guiding individuals toward healing and restoration, focusing on reconciling with Christ and fostering a deeper spiritual connection as part of the therapeutic process.
In addition to her clinical work, Bhel has served in various ministry roles, including worship, youth, and children’s ministry, teaching Sunday School, and leading Bible study. She and her husband are blessed with four daughters, and in her personal time, she enjoys reading, cooking, creating personalized T-shirts, and spending quality time with her family. Bhel is also passionate about supporting adolescents, and in her free time, she mentors young people facing life struggles, adjusting to changes, and dealing with relational conflicts. Known for her sense of humor, Bhel brings warmth and positivity to both her personal and professional life.

Rebecca Frock is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a Master of Arts in Counseling and a Master of Health Administration (MHA). With over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health field, she brings a deep commitment to accessible, compassionate, and trauma-informed care.
Rebecca serves as the Clinical Operations Specialist for both Southwest Pediatric & Family Care (SWPFC) and Southwest Therapeutics (SWT), where she oversees clinical quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across both organizations. She is passionate about workforce development, ethical excellence, and creating healing environments that empower clients and staff alike.
Throughout her career, Rebecca has held leadership roles in hospital, community-based programs, integrated care settings, and crisis intervention systems. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to foster high-performing, values-driven teams
Outside of her professional work, Rebecca is pursuing doctoral research focused on behavioral health equity and health law, with a vision to advance system-level improvements throughout New Mexico. Rooted in her faith, she finds strength and purpose as a daughter of God, a wife to Tom, and a proud mother to Noah and Lucas. Grateful for each day, she seeks to live and lead with humility, compassion, and grace.
Dr. Florence Roque, CEO and co-owner of Southwest Pediatric and Family Care, has over 27 years of experience specializing in pediatric primary care and genetics. With a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) and certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP), Dr. Roque has been a driving force in expanding services to include behavioral health. Her leadership and deep connection to the Deming community continue to inspire those around her.
Ms. Cleopatra comes to Deming with 21 years experience as a Master's prepared, certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She is nationally board- certified as a Pediatric Mental Health Specialist, and an Autism Specialist, to diagnose and manage children with autism spectrum disorder. Cleo has worked in child neurology and neuro genetic clinics at the prestigious Barrow Neurological Institute for 8 years and then at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Today, Cleo continues to work at PCH with children with neuro developmental disorders vía telemedicine. She will be providing on-site developmental /behavioral care for children with nuero development disorders, such as Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxieties, Developmental milestone delays, and those who struggle with academic performance.
Hi there! I have more than 15 years working as a clinical social worker/psychotherapist. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I enjoy working with all age groups, and I specialize in children and adolescents. A huge part of my therapeutic experience has also been with the military community, as I am also a proud veteran of the US Army, I feel at home when working with this population. I am credentialed in TX, FL, IA, and NM, and have gained the designation of Supervisor in the later. I am also a Board Certified Diplomate by the American Board of Clinical Social Work. Furthermore, I have special training certifications in treating PTSD by using COGNITIVE PROCESSING THERAPY and Sandtray Therapy. I also specialize in Psychological Testing, an area that I truly enjoy. I love what I do, and believe everyone is capable of working through their issues to achieve a healthier, happier, more enjoyable living experience.
I have special training certifications in treating PTSD by using COGNITIVE PROCESSING THERAPY (CPT) as well as treating children by using Sandtray Therapy and Play Therapy techniques. But overall my approach is holistic and tailored to the individual. Some of the modalities I incorporate in my practice are CBT, Solution-Focused, Gestalt, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered, as well as Trauma-Focused and Psychodynamic Therapy.
Stacy Atkins is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with over 30 years of healthcare experience. She began focusing on treating individuals with substance use disorders in 2018, where she applied her extensive knowledge to help those in recovery. Stacy’s compassionate care and holistic approach ensure that patients receive comprehensive support for both their physical and mental health.

Gloria Marquez, born and raised in Deming, returned home after spending many years in Las Cruces to be closer to her family, including her two beloved grandchildren. With more than 20 years of experience as medical support staff, Gloria takes great pride in her role at Southwest Pediatric and Family Care. She enjoys working with Dr. Roque and the team, finding fulfillment in the care and support they offer both patients and staff.

Frances Cabalteja - Fontanilla was born and raised in the Philippines. She is obsessed with leveling up her skills and has a passion for learning new things. Frances finished her bachelor’s degree in education minor in Mass Communications
in the Philippines. After graduation she was employed as a Medical Representative. (1993-1998), then established her own school named Grace College Inc. (2005-2020), while running 7 other businesses like "Build and Sell" Residential Townhouses, Commercial Building for lease, Health & Beauty product development and sales, and participating in film & TV commercials. A well-rounded and grounded entrepreneur, Ms. Frances has formal training as a nail technician and hair stylist and for the past 13 years has owned a multi-functional business facility housing a beauty salon, a laundromat, an events place, a photography studio, a dental clinic, a pet shop, and a comedy bar in Quezon city, Philippines. Ms. Frances worked for 15 years as a networker for a health and beauty products company in
Royale Business Club International, where she obtained her confidence in marketing and salesmanship skills.
Five years after losing her first husband of 23 years to cancer, Frances remarried a California- grown army veteran in Sargent 1st Class Alvin Fontanilla. Together, they recently decided to join Frances’ biological sister at Southwest Therapeutics in response to the behavioral and mental health needs of a rural community in Deming, NM. Still a rising star, Ms. Frances recently received training and certification for Softwave Therapy, a non-invasive treatment for those experiencing joint pains, that uses patented technology to promote healing by stimulating the body's natural repair mechanisms by activation of resident stem cells and restoration of tissue elasticity. She is also registered to train and receive certification this month as a Comprehensive Community Support Service (CCSS) worker in New Mexico. As she continues to develop her many talents, Ms. Frances brings her business and administrative savviness as the Program Director for Southwest Therapeutics serving Luna County and its surrounding communities.
Raul, born in Las Vegas, NV and raised in NM is 31 years of age, husband of 11 years to his high school sweetheart Alondra and a proud father of 3 beautiful children by the names of Emery, Arman, and Roman. He has 5 certifications: Certified Clinical and Administrative Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Phlebotomist (CP), Basic Life Support with CPR and First Aid training (BLS), Certified Community Health Worker (CCHW), and Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS). Raul comes with 9 years of experience as a Medical Assistant/Clinic Coordinator and Phlebotomist in Hematology/Oncology/Internal Medicine, ENT/Orthopedic services, Primary Care, and one year of experience as a Blue Cross and Blue Shield Care Coordinator. With this experience, today SWT is blessed to have a well-rounded Medical Case Manager in Raul. He assists in our extended clinic at SWT, and coordinates prior authorizations, referrals, and other provider orders from both the primary care and the behavioral services of both of our clinics.
His leisure activities are mostly playing softball/baseball, jogging, and gardening with his family. Raul shares, "I am committed to serving our clients and community with compassion, professionalism, and a continuous drive to grow. Whether in the office or out in the field, I value consistency, accountability, and shared purpose to make a lasting, positive impact through everything I do." I joined SWPFC almost going on two years now, because I wanted to expand my knowledge in the medical field working with pediatric patients and getting a closer feel to kids as if they were my own. A new opportunity arose with the knowledge and experience I currently hold, and now working at SWT as a Case Manager/Medical Assistant. I happily wake up in the morning to come to work ready to tackle tasks at hand knowing that I will help make the appointment process smoother for our patients and our providers because I really enjoy what I do. I want our patients walking out of our office knowing they will receive a timely response to their referrals, medication/general questions, radiology services, etc. and always making a great impact to our growing company and community!
